The dataset used in this demo is derived from the free DB11-Lite.CSV provided by ip2Location.com. It was downloaded in June of 2021 and contained ~3 million records. We do not keep it up to date here. This dataset has lower accuracy than ip2location's paid datasets. It's occasionally wildly off (e.g. Cox ISP customers). We really appreciate ip2location for providing such a nice service. They provide IPV6, ASN, and known proxy datasets as well.
